Creo que no hay ninguna forma real de pensar en esta película como una gran película; no creo que nadie vaya a escribir largos ensayos sobre sus aciertos formales. Icíar Bollaín es una directora más que competente, y en las manos de cualquier otra persona esto habría sido una basura panfletaria. Sin embargo, La boda de Rosa me sorprende mucho porque desprende la energía de un road trip; se quita de encima relativamente pronto el evento catalizador (que tampoco es un único evento porque Rosa está cansada en general, no está cansada por una cosa concreta), y deja que el espectador se haga un hueco en esa boda poco a poco. tiene ticks televisivos bastante graves y el gimmick narrativo que hace avanzar la película es una chorrada bastante cursi, pero Icíar Bollaín es una cineasta extraordinaria filmando cuerpos que se esfuerzan por encontrarse -aquí, es muy curioso cómo el personaje central no funciona más que como eje alrededor del que pivotan los secundarios, que en mi opinión son los que verdaderamente dan relieve dramático (¡y cómico!) a la película-

1. Emoción a flor de piel y sobredosis de alegría con esta feel good movie, que bajo una fotografía de pura luz y calidez, esconde el
maravilloso mensaje de la importancia de practicar el amor propio.
2. Qué delicadeza la de Icíar Bollain a la hora de dirigir y entrelazar esta historia liderada una Candela Peña totalmente arrolladora y entrañable a la vez.
3. Personalmente me quedo con la interpretación de Paula Usero, con la que es imposible no emocionarse y de la que veremos mucho más en el cine español, sin duda. -
